Cullen worked for more than 17 years in progressively senior sales, client service, and corporate development roles within the technology industry. Cullen is part of Gordian’s wealth management team focused on understanding each client’s investment needs and working on implementing customized solutions that achieve those goals.

  • Zeta Global – EVP (5 years)
    • Cullen opened Zeta’s Silicon Valley office and led West Coast operations for Zeta with a 50+ person team comprised of sales, client service, operations, engineering, and data scientists.
    • Revenue grew to $100M + during this time period, with annual growth in excess of 50%
  • Adchemy Inc – VP & GM (8 years)
    • Cullen was employee # 6 at Adchemy and began as Director of Sales. Cullen participated in Adchemy’s sale to XL Marketing in 2013 and became SVP & GM of XL’s Silicon Valley office.
    • During his tenure at Adchemy, revenue grew from ~$1M to $65M on an annual basis
  • NexTag – Sr. Business Development Manager (2 years)
    • Cullen launched NexTag’s Education vertical and grew it from pre revenue to a $18M annualized run rate
  • Excite@Home – Business Development Manager (2 years)
    • Cullen worked on a variety of content partnerships and secured Excite’s first monetized search engine results partnership
